Brayden has been coaching since 2020.
Since walking through the gym doors in 2018, Brayden has been obsessed with training and using his training knowledge to help others. Years of in person coaching of over 600 diverse lifters has allowed him to develop a robust training model that reflects this experience, and gets people stronger than they ever thought was possible.
His first clients were his parents in 2020, who have seen the benefits of strength ever since. From coaching children as young as 5 years old, to competitive athletes and powerlifters, to people in their 80s and 90s, it’s unlikely you have a problem he hasn’t helped solve. He can help you use powerlifting to live a strong, capable, happy life.
Along with a passion for coaching and training, Brayden enjoys watching basketball and Formula 1, taking road trips, and spending time with his wife, Amy, and their three big dogs.

Brayden knows that every individual has a unique history, and each person responds differently to training. He knows good programming adapts to your individual training response, your life circumstances, even your strength on any given day.
Extensive In Person Coaching
Years spent at The Strength Co., a barbell gym in Costa Mesa, CA, allowed Brayden to coach hundreds of unique lifters. He developed the skill of coaching live and in the moment, where corrections must be delivered on the spot. He has helped dozens of lifters adapt their training around pain and injury, and come back even stronger.
